Key features

Warehousing and Inventory

Orderwave is tightly integrated with warehousing functions. It supports multiple fulfillment houses and multiple warehouse locations. Orderwave also has integrated real-time scanning applications for order production, dispatch, and returns scanning. Orderwave supports various inventory types, including: Standard physical inventory, kits, virtual kits, and non-physical items. Inventory quantities can be organized in various sub-sets for active, on hold, and damaged items.

Order management

Orderwave thrives on automating all of the various aspects of order management. Orderwave easily receives/imports/loads orders from multiple sales channels into its unified workflow. Orders can be tagged for payment processing, continuity plans (membership, auto-ship, subscription), inventory allocation, and partial/full shipment.

Payment processing

Orderwave is pre-integrated with all of the major gateways and payment processors including Authorize.net, Orbital, PayPal, TransFirst, and many others. Orderwave also supports complex multi-payment scenarios for payment plans, refund automation, and robust transaction reporting.

Order flow

There is a clearly defined workflow for orders that enter Orderwave. Orders can either be pre-approved for shipment or pass through payment processing for approval, reserve inventory during the inventory allocation process, be batched into a shipment group for retrieval of a shipping label and tracking number, packed in production, and marked as dispatched to the carrier(s). Along the way, orders can be paused by being placed on hold or cancelled completely.

Customer service automation

Orderwave is an integrated customer service engine that provides an interface for customer service representatives to log calls and email correspondence, follow scripts, and perform real-time financial transactions. Orderwave can be integrated with an IVR solution for 24-hour customer service and order-taking.

Order Analytics

Orderwave will analyze your customer's ordering behavior and provide reports based on trends and historical data.

Campaign management

Plug campaign parameters into Orderwave and let it report on campaign performance.
